Multislit systems

slittec's longitudinal slitting systems utilize our proven knife holder technology for shear-cut, crush-cut, razor-cut and burst-cut processes.

All illustrated models show examples in which knife holders are positioned with reproducible geometry across a cross-guide system in relation to the lower knives.

Using a LINK-PIN mechanism, upper and lower knife assemblies can be adjusted in pairs to the required format width – maintaining the pre-set cutting geometry (knife overlap and side distance).

A wide range of sequence steps in the edge-trim process can be performed manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically — depending on your requirements.
